Joey Arminio & "The Family" was formed in the late 20th Century with one goal in mind - preserving the standards of entertainment of the "Good Old Days" When Sinatra was king and Las Vegas and Atlantic City were filled with an undercurrent of excitement for the next show. Glamour was the word of the day and folks got dressed up to the nines to go out on the town and see their favorite performers.
"The Family" has a kind of romantic gangster image based on the infamous Rat Pack. The band includes Joey Arminio's strong lead vocals and sexy saxophone, Nicky V- king of the keyboards and backup vocals and Doreen (Stiletto) Brusca's angelic voice on lead vocals and bongos.
